Please include the following so we can properly capture your race day:

• Full Name
• Race Number
• All Classes You're Racing
• Song Request (for video edits)

🔊 No song = no music.
We no longer select songs on your behalf to avoid delays or re-edits. If you'd like your video edited with music, please include your song choice.

3. Checkout as normal
Once we have your order and info, you're locked in for coverage. We’ll handle the rest and deliver your content as promised!

Clutch Media Reservation Policies

Delivery Expectations

Photo galleries are typically delivered within 1-3 days after race day.
Video edits are delivered within 10–14 days, but booking early often means a faster turnaround!

Refund Policy

All media reservations are non-refundable. Upon purchase, payments are automatically converted into Clutch Credits of equal value. Clutch Credits may be redeemed at any future event for:

Media packages, CLUTCH merchandise (online or in person), and our very own CLUTCH drinks!

This policy ensures fairness to our team, as we commit resources and time to be present at each event regardless of rider participation, performance, or weather conditions.

Exception: In the rare event that CLUTCH is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Media Storage Policy

We store event photos and videos for 10 days after delivery. After that, the files are automatically deleted and cannot be retrieved.

To avoid losing your content, please download and save your files as soon as you receive them. We aren’t able to provide long-term storage due to space and ongoing costs.

1. After Checkout.. You're Locked In!
   Once your order is complete and you've entered your info in the cart notes (Name, Race Number, Classes Racing, and Song Request), you're all set. If that info is filled out, we have everything we need to capture your footage on race day!

   Come say hey on race day! We'll confirm your reservation and answer any last-minute questions.

• 2–3 Day Delivery– $65
